1. Who we are

This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website, call us, text us or ask us for a roof inspection or other work, and what we do with it.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you send a form on this site, book an inspection, or contact us by phone, text or email, we collect what you provide: name, phone number, email address, property address, ZIP code, whether you're the owner of the property, and what you tell us about the roof or the job. This includes forms you send us through Facebook or Instagram.

Call and message records. Calls to our office may be recorded for quality and record keeping. We keep copies of texts and emails exchanged with you about your request.

Website and advertising data. When you visit this site we collect standard technical data: pages viewed, time on page, browser and device type, approximate location from your IP address, and the referring page. If you reached us from an ad, we store the click identifiers that came with the link (such as Google's gclid and Meta's fbclid) and the campaign details, so we know which ad brought you in.

Photos of your property. During an inspection we take photos of the roof and exterior. These go in your job file and are shared with you.

3. How we use information

• To respond to your request and set up the inspection or the job.
• To call, text or email you about scheduling, confirmations, reminders, estimates and follow-up. Some calls may be automated or AI-assisted.
• To perform the work you asked for and to keep records of it.
• To send occasional marketing messages, only if you've agreed to them (see section 4).
• To understand how people find and use this website, and to measure whether our advertising works.
• To meet legal and tax obligations.

4. Text messages (SMS)

Program name: R3 Group TX Alerts.

If you tick the consent box on one of our forms, or otherwise give us your mobile number and agree to be texted, we may send you text messages about your roofing request: scheduling, confirmations, reminders, on-the-way notices and follow-up about your inspection or estimate. If you also tick the marketing box, we may send occasional marketing texts such as seasonal roof-check reminders.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. One confirmation text follows, then nothing more. Reply HELP for help, or call (210) 760-2828, or email MRumpza@R3GroupTX.com. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us. You can send any form on this site without ticking either box.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. How information is shared

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share your mobile number or your text-message consent with anyone for their marketing.

We share information only in these cases:

• Service providers who help us run the business. Our customer relationship system, phone and messaging systems, scheduling tools, website hosting and analytics providers. They may only use the information to provide the service to us.
• Crews and subcontractors who need your address and contact details to do the work.
• Legal requirements. If a law, court order or government request requires it, or to protect our rights, our people or the public.
• Business transfer. If the business is sold or merged, your information may transfer with it under the same protections.

6. Cookies, analytics and advertising

This site uses cookies and similar tools:

• Analytics (Google Analytics) to see which pages are used and how visitors move through the site.
• Advertising tags (the Meta pixel and Google Ads tag) to measure whether our ads lead to inspection requests, and to show our ads to people who've visited this site.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can limit ad personalisation at Google's Ads Settings page, in Meta's Ad Preferences, and through the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page at optout.aboutads.info. Blocking cookies won't stop the site from working.

7. Retention and security

We keep your information for as long as we need it to handle your request, do the work, keep business and tax records, and deal with any dispute. Job files, estimates and photos are kept as part of our business records. Website analytics data is kept in line with the provider's default retention.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information: password-protected systems and access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't promise that one never fails.

8. Your choices

You can ask us at any time to:

• Correct or update your information.
• Delete your information, where we don't have a legal or business-record reason to keep it.
• Stop contacting you by phone, text, email or all of them.
• Tell you what information we hold about you.

9. Children

This website and our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you think a minor has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change is significant, we'll post a notice on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
