Text Message Terms
Program name: R3 Group TX Alerts. These terms explain the texts we send, how often, and how to stop them.
What you'll receive
If you tick the first consent box on one of our forms, or otherwise agree to be texted, R3 Group TX Alerts sends messages about your roofing request: appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, on-the-way notices and follow-up about your inspection or estimate.
If you also tick the second box, we may send occasional marketing texts, such as seasonal roof-check reminders. Marketing texts are separate. You can have the appointment texts without the marketing ones.
How often
Message frequency varies. Most people get a handful of messages around their appointment and estimate. Marketing texts, if you opted in, are occasional.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan with your carrier.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message. You'll get one confirmation text and then nothing more from that program.
Stopping marketing texts doesn't stop the appointment texts you asked for, and stopping appointment texts doesn't stop marketing texts you've separately agreed to. Reply STOP to each if you want both to end, or call us and we'll switch both off.

Consent
Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from R3 Group TX. Every form on this site can be sent without ticking either consent box.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. In short: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Example 1 (appointment):
R3 Group TX: Hi, this is the office about your roof inspection request. Which works better for the visit, Tue morning or Wed afternoon? Reply STOP to opt out.
Example 2 (reminder):
R3 Group TX: Reminder, your roof inspection is tomorrow at 10am. Someone will check every slope and you'll get the photos the same day. Questions? (210) 760-2828. Reply STOP to opt out.
